Deposit and Payment:

A 50% deposit of the total booking plus service and taxes is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For Holiday Season reservations, the balance is due by October 15th. If reservations are made within 30 days of arrival date the full rental amount is required to confirm your reservation.

CHECK IN TIME: 4:00 PM & CHECK OUT TIME: 12:00 noon.

Taxes and service charge are not included in nightly rate.

Maid service provided 6 days per week excluding Sundays.

Payments:

Deposit and Balance payments can be made by credit card. If payments are made by credit card, a 4% surcharge will apply (to offset the amount charged by the bank to the Owners).

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made by emailing with receipt acknowledged. The following cancellation fees will apply:

More than 60 days prior to arrival: 25% of the gross rental

Within 60 to 30 days prior to arrival 50% of gross rental

Less than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of gross rental

NO REFUNDS ON DISCOUNTED RATES IF CANCELLED AFTER 30 DAYS OF CONFIRIMATION

Damage to Accommodation Property:

Should any Guest (or Guest visitor) cause any damage to the villa premises or structure, furniture, fixtures or household items, the Guests agree to reimburse the Owners of Villa Pastiche before leaving at a fair and reasonable price determined by the Owners. Any missing household items (beach towels, room decorations, keys, etc.) will also be the responsibility of the Guests and will be billed separately. The Guests agree that the amount due as a result of damage or loss may be charged to the credit card (if any) used for the booking.

Villa Pastiche is a non-smoking villa. No exceptions.

Injuries and Loss:

The Guests agree that the Owners and staff of Villa Pastiche shall not be liable for any personal injuries, death, loss or damage to personal effects. It is recommended that the Guests confirm that their medical insurance coverage applies in case of illness outside their country of residence.

Confirmation:

We have read and agree to the above conditions and would like to confirm our reservation at Villa Pastiche. We understand that this reservation is confirmed once the Owners have received the deposit (or full balance payment if booking within 30 days of arrival), along with our signed rental agreement.
